Every 6 months we get a new batch of volunteers which we call “pre-ships.” We welcomed about 50 new people on Tuesday by having a welcoming party in the evening. Here we introduced them to each of the departments they may work in. Each department makes a video to show what these new folks may experience. Here’s the video I made for the deck department.
